Koch Brothers Exposed !

....and she told me almost exactly the same thing about the Koch brothers. She also had some interesting things to say about corporate radio/tv and their hold on people's minds. She is convinced that if we just repeal the campaign finance laws we can get big money out of politics.

Is Koch pronounced "cock"?

I think it's pronounced like "coke" but I'm pretty sure w-i-l-l-a-r-d is pronounced "cock"

Don't blame me,
I didn't vote for a
socialist.

Who use their money to throw their weight around. And if wikipedia is correct, one of them has run on the Libertarian Party ticket at one time. In other words, people who vote third party are the biggest group who like these guys.

I don't think a lot of true blue conservatives trust the Koch Brothers, nor consider them to BE conservatives. They operate more like the big money contributors to Obama. They operate more like David Rockefeller (who is anything BUT conservative).

I found the following paragraph in one article quite interesting -- because it does seem that our water supply is under attack in this country. (And isn't T. Boone Pickens something like a hero to the left? How exactly does one rich yahoo get to control the Ogalala Aquifer?)

***************
(excerpt from article):

"T. Boone Pickens is well on his way to controlling over the vast Oglala Aquifer. Pat Stryker and Koch brothers are involved in garnering Colorado’s water resources in the beta test battleground for Agenda 21. Did you know that that it is illegal, in Colorado, to reuse irrigation water and to catch rain water? We should be asking ourselves why. Additionally, the Bush family control the biggest water aquifer in South America. Meanwhile, the globalists are destroying vast amounts water resources in the United States. It seems that the globalists are hell-bent on creating water scarcity in which water (author omitted some words here by mistake - what words? Don't know... FG)

I do not believe that the globalists' only motive is to destroy the Gulf and fresh water supplies so that their new biofuel craze can take hold. I think this is a byproduct to what the central planners are truly after, CONTROL OVER ALL WATER [emphasis mine] which will result in control over who lives and dies. This and more will be covered in the next installment of the Great Gulf Coast Holocaust." (end of excerpt)

Since you said that I was the reason you joined Swampbubbles, i've been laughing at you more than I usually do.

Have you found out who your daddy is yet? Or does your crackhead hoe mommie still not know which trick she turned that ended up with a failed abortion she named Willard?

Too much tempest for this teapot. Water rights in the USA are basically divided by the wet East and the dry West, so as you can imagine, water rights Eastward are liberal while water rights Westward are conservative. Or how else you'd term it. In other words, water caspture is under fewer restrictions in the Eastern US, which means more public access.

Hence the seeming absurdity of it being illegal to collect rain water in states like Colorado, if you're not the owner of the water rights for the area.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_law_in_the_United_States#Riparian_rights
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_law_in_the_United_States#Prior_approp...

http://www.lot-lines.com/collecting-rainwater-still-illegal-in-much-of-c...

"Colorado water law declares that the state of Colorado claims the right to all moisture in the atmosphere that falls within its borders and that ‘said moisture is declared to be the property of the people of this state, dedicated to their use pursuant’ to the Colorado constitution. As a result, in much of the state, it is illegal to divert rainwater falling on your property expressly for a certain use unless you have a very old water right or during occasional periods when there is a surplus of water in the river system. This is especially true in the urban, suburban, and rural areas along the Front Range. This system of water allocation plays an important role in protecting the owners of senior water rights that are entitled to appropriate the full amount of their decreed water right, particularly when there is not enough to satisfy them and parties whose water right is junior ro them."

Move to Colorado and attempt to setup a rain barrel from your eaves, and likely a public official will send you a notice enjoining you to cease and desist, depending on your conditions (see the new laws they passed about this). The water falling on 'your' land is likely to have long ago been purchased or allocated to someone else, likely somebody in the agri-business. The big farmers in Colorado, for instance.

So there's no rightwing conspiracy here. Water in Colorado is limited and always has been. This is what society out there did to sanely ensure farmers don't get hit with dryups.

Its funny when you look at the membership list. Many of those same politician members speak out of both sides of their collective mouths. When its time for reelection they come looking to the same people their screwing on this Facebook page. You got criminal campaign election fraudsters, Nazi reenactors and a mindless cigar smoking Libertarian parrot. What a group!

Hey Archie Bunker Fred I see that you've dropped your favorites lists on your WSPD corporate Blog site. No more promotion of Americans for Prosperity , the Heritage Foundation and other phony oligarch sponsored 501c (3) groups. Still trying to transform into the more moderate talking clown?

Freducation WSPD style!

I appreciate your visits to www.wspd.com mrignorant, each unique view and page view are now counted toward a special social media which I'm eligible for. Following the November election I did remove some of the political links as they were no longer relevant, they most likely will reappear next presidential election. My list of favorite charities is still active though and I hope you took time to visit them and make a donation.

Come on Archie we all just didn't fall off the turnip truck. Your proclivity to hate radio ruins your ratings and Mr. Sands (new program director) knows if he wants better ratings he needs to tone down the Libertarian hate nonsense. So now you've reinvented yourself to Toledo as Mr. Congeniality to the masses of ignorant listeners. The list of charities looks more like a page from channel 13 or 11 news website. Pablum.

Classic mrignorant. Complain that I'm hateful, then when I don't act as hateful as you expect, complain that I'm Mr Congeniality (something you'll never be). Why don't you just stop listening? Have you ever answered that question? It is the simplest answer to your obsession.
Please go add a little more blush to your make-up it's wearing a little thin

No Archie we all know you through Toledo radio history. You were the curmudgeon at the KISS-FM Breakfast Club and continued at WSPD until Herr Wilson's unceremonious kick-in-the-pants exit.
Read the comments! http://newsle.com/article/0/45651686/
You can hear your contempt and insincerity in your voice when you have to be nice for longer than five minutes. No Fred its in your negative makeup that will always haunt you. So go play with you Children of Liberty http://www.meetup.com/The-children-of-liberty/members/9865379/ and the other hate mongers among us. All I can tell you is your thinking is not mainstream and it seems from the change at WSPD Mr. Sands agrees.

About half were complimentary so that's cool with me. One thing you seem to always forget mrignorant is that for the last 7 years you have railed against WSPD, and particularly Brian and myself. Brian didn't accept the contract offered so he's gone. I however, despite your letters to corporate and former boss Andy, am still here. For over 30 years I've been on Toledo radio and all your talk hasn't done a thing to the ratings. Must feel very powerless eh? So you still didn't answer the question, not that I expected you to, why don't you just stop listening?

The Libertarian wouldn't work for minimum wage? Sounds like Bain ClearChannel is taking a page from the Mitt Romney playbook. Remember Sensata? http://bainport.com/ As for WSPD how many Euros are working at or near the minimum wage? I seem to remember Don complaining about his Bain ClearChannel paycut to Toledo City council.

And then Tom Watkins gets the boot! http://www.toledoblade.com/Opinion/2006/05/15/WSPD-news-director-gets-th...
Remember something about CCMO wanted him to take a paycut also.

Now you're getting it. In the real world of private business if you don't want to accept the contract offered you can choose to go somewhere else or stay. That decision is your's alone and based on what you feel you are willing to accept. In your world the union would decide for you how much you get paid. So the guys being hired in now as second tier workers are getting less than their counterparts and they just have to accept it, and on top of that pay dues to the organization that caused it to happen. Weird isn't it? So why don't you just stop listening to WSPD, is your dial broken?

The comments are negative toward Brian Wilson at only about 60-40.

As for Fred, most of them are positive toward him. In fact I only saw 2 comments negative toward Fred and only one was really negative the other one was wishy washy.

However I did notice there was someone in there hoping that Thom Hartman would fill the 6-9 slot. Are you disappointed that his views are not mainstream enough for WSPD?

Fred's gonna get fired!

Fred, I listened to your show today. First time in a while I've been up that early. (Dogs woke me up at 2am and I couldn't get back to sleep- long story)

I noticed you gave Anita Lopez, a Democrat, enough time to speak, give her opinion. Your questions were respectful and relevant. No "gotcha" type of questions, even when she was discussing the 3 unions who didn't endorse her.

Do you think that Bain and the Koch Brothers will be disappointed and will fire you because they care that much about the #96 media market so much that they control everything you normally say.
