LANSING — Ingham County Prosecutor Stuart Dunnings III said he won’t file criminal charges after reviewing unedited video showing events that led to a Fox News contributor being punched during December’s right-to-work demonstrations.

Then we have this:

Prosecutor: No Charges In Fox News Contributor Incident At Right-To-Work Protest

But the New York Times raised questions almost immediately about Crowder's video on its blog, The Lede.

"Unfortunately for Mr. Crowder, a look at the video broadcast on the Sean Hannity show appears to show quite clearly that he left out an important section of the footage when he put together his edit. A section of the Fox News broadcast preserved by the Web site Mediaite shows that Mr. Hannity’s producers at Fox News started the clip five seconds earlier than Mr. Crowder did. What the extra footage reveals is the man who punched Mr. Crowder being knocked to the ground seconds before and then getting up and taking a swing at the comedian."

Mr. Faber · Top Commenter
Fox News, for unknown reasons, edited out the part where the martial-arts trained Crowder pushed the UAW guy to the ground, which preceded the punches. Crowder was likely there to stage/instigate a fight for publicity and adulation from the anti-union community.

Why would you expect Stuart Dunnings III to prosecute?

http://www.stuartdunnings.com/ Endorsed by United Auto Workers; Fraternal Order of Police; Greater Lansing Labor Council (AFL-CIO); Michigan Education Association"

He just secured his endorsements for reelection. It had nothing to do with the video which the full unedited video was already posted here with a side by side image of the second video that confirmed Crowder's video was not edited and again did not show Crowder provoking or attacking.

There is always at least one line in every posting from Wolfman that he thinks peple won't see. In this case from the coverage in the Lansing Journal it is this line "It’s unclear who pushed the union member" Now Wolfman would have you believe that someone named Jeff Faber who is listed as a Top Commenter has more information than the reporters who covered the story from the beginning. The reason for that is that if we can give weight to a Top Commenter like Jeff Faber then Wolfman has stature also. Jeff Faber has a lot of time on his hands which is what a Top Commenter needs if he's going to post on newspaper articles on a regular basis. I don't know if the Blade does that on their website but my guess would be Wolfman or his real identity would be a Top Commenter. Well it's not the Blade but it is CAPCON from the Mackinac Center Paul Wohlfarth · Top Commenter, and from the Detroit News Paul Wohlfarth · Top Commenter No wonder he thinks this Faber guy is important.

Any statement I make is the opinion of me exercising my first amendment right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and is generally permitted.

Fred Lefebvre embarrassed again. Using one of your newly embraced words, "ignorant," can only describe your thinking everyone out there would believe the Crowder story. The overwhelming majority of those filming the Lansing RTW protest were the gotcha media that surrounded the Americans for Prosperity "bait tents." If the film exists the right wing will probably bury it and/or have it edited. But you know if Crowder could produce the culprit who pushed the union man to the ground (putting his video in a better light) I'm sure he would have waved it as a flag in the altered state of right wing media. It would be hard to believe another union man would have pushed this union man to the ground. Hell he was a hero to many of us there that seen the protest in Lansing. So who do you think did it?

On another note Mr Fred Lefebvre has stated from previous posts that he would refrain from using names. I find when he cannot defend his silly positions he reverts to his former hate filled reptilian self. As I've said before neither Fred Lefebvre or his lawsuit happy former tag team boss Herr Wilson will stop my God given right to free speech.
