Whining Salary Delphi Workers

They were treated differently because they were not represented by a union. The union members paid 1.1% of their annual pay to be represented by the UAW. Do you think that they should be represented for free? Your argument is the best example for collective bargaining. This is what happens when you are an "at will" worker. Right to work for less! Also I believe salary workers were paid performance bonuses and paid grades sometimes more than double the union worker. Think they would be more responsible with those dollars in their retirement planning, especially being an "at will" worker. Join the millions of non union autoworkers who do not have defined pensions and work for a hell of a lot less than the Delphi salary worker.

You see nothing wrong with that? Honestly?
You really have no opinion that isn't spoon fed to you by the union.

To all those not familiar with SwampBubbles, JeepMaker is a Chrysler retiree that is currently enjoying a Chrysler defined benefit retirement negotiated by the UAW. He worked the Toledo Jeep Wrangler assembly line for over 30 years. He now enjoys his free time posting on blog sites and is a supporter of the Republican party.

robotic moron who has never, ever, had ONE original thought in your entire miserable life !
You're an idiot who quotes Prince Machiavelli, as someone to emulate ?!

That's , when you're not quoting anyone of F.D.R.'s, 171 CONFIRMED COMMUNISTS ?!

So, all in all, you're less than nothing and ,always will be.

Which, is why you became a union puppet, whose entire life was being told what to do, what to think, what to buy, and who to vote for !!!

A walking, talking, imbecile is your whole Life's definition...sinfully proud of it too.

Laughing as hard as humanly possible....

And what are you Wolfie, but a union shill ?

I've read your tripe over the years and have never, not once experienced you coming from a position that wasn't blindly supporting unionism, the democratic party, and of course Obama.

It seems to me even if Jeepmaker lived your dream for over 30 years, he is sensible enough to look at the situation objectively in his old age. How about you? Will you ever think for yourself?

Big Jim

BJ, thinking right now on how ignorant your comment is! If JM is so hateful of his earned retirement give it to the whining salary Delphi workers who believed the Republican dream of self determination, independent living, and the American individual that negotiates his own pay, benefit, and retirement package. How naive. Hurry Rushbo is about to be on and do some more of your goofy thinking!

Never ask Wolfie anything. He is unable to offer a sensible reply.

Let bygones be bygones and idiots be idiots; because ya can't do anything about either.

Don't blame me,
I didn't vote for a

theft of approximately $177,000 each in retirement benefits , by Obozo , criminal unionist bureaucrats, and the job killing Demoncommies !

Only a cold blooded reptile would even broach such a crime with the premise that it is GOOD or GREAT to be victims of Totalitarianism, unseen in all of American History !

Oh well, when you consider that all Dim Liberal Liars , love to lie and to be lied to.
Eventually, you embrace the lies as Truth, and become victims of their own counter intuitive madness .

Sure its psychotic....they're Dims !

This is why I don't believe the "Obama doing well in Ohio due to the Auto Bailout" narrative.

Yes, a large percentage of Ohio workers work in the auto industry or an industry related to the auto industry. But a large majority of these are people who were either not affect or were adversely affected by the auto bailout. Please describe why someone who works at the Marysville factor is suddenly going to vote Obama when it didn't affect them? I bet these Delphi workers are just lining up to vote for the President!

"Right to work for less!"

And yet you're still working under that paradigm. The morons who worked at Doehler-Jarvis can tell you the outcome of being hardcore about "take it or leave it". The answer of "leave it" appears more and more. That's Toledo's trend for the last generation, and it's likely to be the answer for the next one.

Working steadily at a lesser, even falling wage, is better than enduring decades of unemployment. Wolfman, I hope you find that out the hard way. To mis-quote Franklin: Experience keeps a dear school, but fools like you learn in no other.
