Fox News Corp Chairman Rupert Murdoch Shows his True Character

Singer Charlotte Church Says She Was Pressured To Sing For Free At Murdoch Wedding In Return For Favorable News Corp. Press Coverage
Quote from article:
Hot on the heels of an Australian senator who says he was offered favorable News Corp. press coverage in return for a legislative vote News Corp. wanted, now comes former child singer Charlotte Church who testified that she was pressured to sing for free at Rupert Murdoch’s last wedding in return for favorable press coverage. Unfortunately, that deal did not pan out for her.

As Eric Boehlert at Media Matters reported, the then 13-year old Church turned down a six-figure paycheck to sing at Murdoch's wedding but wound up victimized by the press anyway.

Church refuted News Corporation’s claim that her performance was a surprise for Murdoch who knew nothing about the arrangements. She alleged that Murdoch and she had communicated about what she would sing.

As Huffington Post reported, Church’s deal didn’t turn out the way she thought it would:

Church, 25, told Britain's media ethics inquiry Monday that the Murdoch press, and other British tabloids, had ruthlessly tormented her since she was a child singing sensation, blowing her credibility "to bits" and badly damaging her career.

That Wolfman likes to agitate don't he? Just think how boring it would be around here if everyone agreed with each other.

Liberals have no right to even discuss character, since they have none.

Wolfman, the real victims of the press are fiscal conservatives.

Well looks like all employers are NOT so benevolent. All we hear is union slugs and thugs then we see that the Fox News Corp Chairman is so cheap he swindles a 13 year old. Makes you wonder about the job creators of the world?

The goal of businessmen is to make money.

The goal of a union is to protect it's workers.

When a union cares only about money and stops protecting it's workers it has failed in it's ultimate mission. When a businessman asks it's employees to pay more in healthcare in an effort to make a profit and thus remain in business it has still fulfilled it's ultimate mission.

Unions have become as concerned about money as the businessman. In doing so they have failed their membership and society.
