What's your point, that you and your ilk want the US to be more like a western European socialist country? Here's a better idea, move there.

BTW, the very first picture of this video was represented as being a "mobilization of the left this past week". I call BS, you can bet dollars to donuts that shot was taken from the 9-12 rally. The rally they had last week wasn't nearly that crowded.

Because we know that Paul Wohlfarth has a small problem with the truth let me add a little balance to his post.
AP Story- Hundreds of thousands of protesters young and old demonstrated in France on Saturday, waving union flags and pressing conservative President Nicolas Sarkozy to drop plans to raise the retirement age from 60 to 62. French unions, however, see retirement at 60 as a firmly entrenched right in a country attached to generous state benefits. "Young people are sick of seeing social benefits disappear," said Thomas Roller, an 18–year–old high school student who marched in Paris. "France is becoming a country where it's 'every man for himself,' and we don't want that." Union workers are rallying against higher taxes, a delayed retirement age and longer work day, the Times said.
This isn't about banks, this is about the unions in Europe not being able to retire at 60, get huge government pensions, full health care etc etc. This is where we are headed.
