North Carolina Tea Party Member charged with assault

Tea Party protester Nathan Tabor charged with criminal assault. After North Carolina authorities investigated the June 9th fracas both men were charged with assault. Clearly the video was not the only evidence in this case. Mr Governor Spencer claims of being pushed around (attacked) by Mr Tabor's wife must have had merit.

If you had an ounce of integrity you'd stop with the misleading posts....but then, you're an 0bama follower.

you'll notice he has made no comment about the democrat congressman caught on camera roughing up a kid...

Looks like puppy's been neutered.

Wolfsbane.

Yes dogboy...BOTH were charged...as the court officer didnt see the video in question and took Mr spencers word for it..so both will get their day in court...

And yes I expect you to ignore the outcome.

The system dismisses a warrant against Spencer and charges Tabor also. That makes you feel good don’t it Wolfie. Your incoherent ability to disseminate right from wrong, a lie from the truth is at the forefront of our current dilemma today, i.e. The Obama driven agenda of Hope and Change for a Socialists America.

Wolfman stated from the very beginning that this video does not prove guilt. He waited till the authorities did the proper investigation. The Tea Party does this over and over. They listen to propagandizing "leaders" then go off half cocked. I suspect many here will scoff at the results of the investigation as some partisan plot. This is what happens when radio and cable are infiltrated with partisan entertainers. The video (Wolfman's opinion) looks like one man gave his opposing view and was attacked by a angry ditto head mob. He bolted from the racist all white southern crowd as fear of his own lynching was possible.

Statements made are the opinion of the writer who is exercising his first amendment right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and are generally permitted.

Are you really this warped, or do you just say things to get a response? Because if your not just saying things to get a response, you have serious mental issues. SERIOUS MENTAL ISSUES,

"DTOM" {1776} " We The People" {1791}

Dude - Wolfie's the guy who often posts his "facts" as video from The Dailey Show!!!

He one time posted something from Glenn Beck's show, and when I pointed out something that was said, he replied "I dont believe that for a minute.." So he posts things he 'doesnt believe for a minute???

Tell me he doesnt post BS out here for no reason than to see his name on the fancy computer?? He's an idiot. If you wanna discourse with him in the same light as plinking rats at the dump with a BB gun, by all means have at it, but rational discourse?

Wont happen.

I have come to that conclusion as well, someone who would see things as Wolfie sees them would have to be mentally challenged, therefore your alternative obervation is well taken. But could it be a combination between being mentally challenged and delusions of grander, as to I post shit and get the most responses on Swampbubbles.

First this assault on a Tea Party member in NC then an assault from a NC congressman on a student. Coincidence or is NC felling the heat?

If I or my wife are assulted by some ignorant psycho Obama supporter while I protest the Democraps giving taxpayer money to private companies, I'd better beat the living $hit out of the ba$tard afterward.

Make it worth being charged with assult by breaking a few of the loudmouth idiots ribs.

Don't blame me,
I didn't vote for a
socialist.

Are you generally opposed to giving taxpayer money to private companies? I just ask because giving taxpayer money to private companies is pretty much at the root of what republicans do. I'm not trying to to debate the merit of that idea, just pointing out that giving taxpayer money to private companies is what got us Blackwater, Halliburton, and White Hat Management. I'm just surprised because I had you pegged to be a pretty conservative republican. And before you freak out and start yelling like you sometimes do, just address the topic of the privitazation of so much of what used to be done by the government - good or bad?

Ignorance is bliss...and you are a happy camper....

Mohegan Sun casino owners received $54M in stimulus cash
POST STAFF REPORT

Talk about winning the jackpot!

The feds awarded a staggering $54 million to Connecticut's politically-connected Mohegan Indian tribe, which runs one of the highest grossing casinos in the country, according to a new bombshell report.

The tribe, which operates the popular Mohegan Sun casino, earned more than $1.3 billion in gross revenues in 2009.

But that didn't stop Sen. Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) of helping the tribe secure the funds, according to ABC News.

The stimulus money -- a loan from a Department of Agriculture rural development program -- is meant to help communities of less than 20,000 people that have been "unable to obtain other credit at reasonable rates and terms and are unable to finance the proposed project from their own resources."

Sen. Dodd's communications director, Bryan DeAngelis, confirmed the lawmaker's support for the loan.

"Senator Dodd supported this project in the same manner and for the same reasons he supports federal assistance for other Connecticut projects creating and preserving local jobs," said DeAngelis. "The only factor that mattered in Dodd's support of these loans was job creation and economic recovery in Connecticut."

A former aide to Dodd, Charles Bunnell, is Chief of Staff for External and Governmental Affairs for the tribe, ABC News reported.

ABC News reported that the $54 million loan represents more than one-third of the $168 million allocated by the USDA in the latest wave of stimulus funding for its rural development program. The loan is part of $74 million in loans directed to the tribe by the USDA for the construction of a community center and building.

USDA spokesperson Justin DeJong also said the loan would provide employment.

"The loan that USDA provided will help create an estimated 1,200 jobs for this shovel-ready project. ... Construction for the project was underway before the economic downtown, was suspended because of the credit crunch, and the USDA loan is helping the Tribe to restart construction."

The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority currently employs 9,600 people at the Mohegan Sun and other properties.

Lynn Malerba, who serves as chairwoman of the Mohegan Tribal Council, defended the award.

"The whole Connecticut delegation, I think aside from [Rep.] Jim Himes, who was traveling, sent a letter in support."

A spokesman for Himes said the congressman "did not weigh in on this specific project since it is not in his district."

“Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.”
