Just stumbled across this gal's radio show today. In 5 minutes, she gave several tips on what to look for in a new laptop. The station was a.m. 800 (out of Detroit apparently). Here is her website (although on the radio, it sounded like a male voice).

OK - THAT's the website Komando recommended on today's show. She says it's free & not to be fooled by dishonest people trying to "sell" this on places like e-by. It's free, although she said you might want someone more tech savvy to walk through it with you the first time. (Like geek squad? She didn't say - but sounds like a really good, well, "decrapifier").

She sid it does a great job when used on your new laptop. If her program runs for 3 hours on 800 AM locally, then today's radio program is still on as I type.
