NOTES:
Oklahoma on top for the third consecutive week. The stage is set for a huge showdown with #5 Missouri in Columbia, MO next week.

#2 Auburn and #3 Michigan State hopscotch past #4 LSU. LSU defeated Division I-AA McNeese State this past weekend while Auburn dispatched Arkansas and Michigan State knocked off Illinois.

Boise State slides back three spots to #8 after defeating San Jose State. However, the Broncos still have six win Nevada, five win Hawaii, and four win Fresno State in the horizon and needs to hope that Virginia Tech continues to win games. Oregon State loss over the weekend didn’t help.

Oklahoma State jumped to #6. TCU holds at #7. Oregon up 1 to #9 and Stanford breaks back into the top ten at #10.

Wisconsin returns to the top 30 at #11, North Carolina #21, East Carolina #22, Mississippi State and Hawaii #24, and Texas at #29.

I like North Carolina #21 to run the table after beginning with two tough loses against good teams, LSu and Ga Tech, and a depleted roster of NFL talent due to unforeseen circumstances.

We got BUTCH!!
