Why do you think Carty had to spend your tax money to fix the shower in his office?

Maybe Carty has not been caught in a sex scandal WITH ANOTHER PERSON yet, but I think the city unions have caught Carty with his pants down in his personal shower more than once.

Why else would Carlton be so happy to pay off city union workers with YOUR 3/4%?

So that's what the shower was for.... I wondered. lol. Maybe we should ask the Detroit Mayor's wife if she has fallen off a ladder at 11:30 at night and landed on anyone's signet ring?

I think I need a cocktail.....
