Michael is a historian, journalist, and geek who writes on a wide variety of topics, about some of which he actually knows a few things. When not plotting world domination, he enjoys playing guitar, gardening, and plotting ways to outwit the squirrels that pillage his bird feeders.
Something very similar happened back in the summer at a station on Heatherdowns at Key St. It was normally a busy place, and then all of the sudden it was closed and empty.
One of my friends who lives close to it told me it had something to do with the state. I don't know where she got that information or how reliable it was, so take it with a grain of salt.
The station at Heatherdowns & Key, as I recall, was a Sunoco station.
It was. No warning, just bam-closed.
