Lyin' Don is so disengaged from real life, he does not understand the electoral process -- at all!

Tagged: can't make this stuff up!
When you've lived like a super-rich person your entire life, you have no idea what the electoral process is. Has the Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like, ever voted in person -- in his entire life!? Probably not! And he claims to be so smart! ("I have a very good brain. I know more about ISIS than the generals.") Yet, he fails to comprehend the simple fact that one who is not a citizen of this country cannot vote in this country. Duh!!

Now, I cannot speak for everyone who posts on this website, but, when my wife and I appear to vote at our polling place, we, first of all, have to go to the proper precinct, since our polling place houses more than one precinct. Then, a poll worker looks up our names. Then, we have to sign on the page next to our names. Then, the poll worker gives us each a card which allows us to use the machine in order to cast our votes. If we try to vote again, or anyone else tries to vote using our names, we and/or they cannot -- period!
In the article to which I will link here, Lyin' Don says, "Go down to certain areas,” he told his supporters then, “and watch and study and make sure other people don’t come in and vote five times.” Even when he states things that are impossible and ignorant, those who support the Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like, believe every word he says!

Well, here's lying Hillary with an earpiece in her ear to get offstage advice/help.

The Donald should get himself one of these same devices and offstage backup suggestions. The Federal Elections Commission has received complaints about lying Hillary's earpiece, but failed to answer whether these devices are legal or not. Which is why Trump should get himself one - that way, when somebody objects to HIS earpiece, Hillary will be forced to give HERS up.

Liberals are born cheaters and liars - you have to fight fire with fire DT - and you have to have a spine in place when you go up against this much pure evil.

to defend the indefensible! As Hitler stated: "Strength lies not in defence, but in attack."

You mean like when you were playing your little restaurant game on me, but would then turn around and demand to be taken seriously, yourself, at all times? You mean ike that?

Well if you are going to bring up a candidate's"lying", you will have to grow up a little and expect some blowback. I try real hard not to pick on you, because frankly, it would be too much like shooting fish in a barrel.

But actually, I am trying to leave clues for the Trump campaign to see exactly what bothers die-hards like you, and what any die-hard Hillary fan will side-step or just plain RUN AWAY FROM. Hoping that helps him focus better on Sunday.

Oh, and by the way - the best restaurant ever in this region was the long-since-closed Chinese restaurant in downtown Detroit - Victor Lims. Even New York never had one to compare!

See, Dale, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you..." is not just a Christian scripture imperative. You will find it repeated over and over in various forms in Hebrew/Christian scripture as well (aka the Old Testament).

actually says, so you change the subject (in this post) twice! That is good debate strategy, I admit.
Nevertheless, this does not negate facts. The Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like is so out-of-touch with reality, that he has no idea how our electoral system works!

not EVER since you have been howling on this board - been able, or even tried, to defend the evils the Clintons have committed - including AND ESPECIALLY WACO. They - particularly Hillary, according to Linda Tripp, deliberately attacked the home with 21 CHILDREN IN RESIDENCE. Guns ablazing, lethal gas, etc. The fact that you personally, Dale, demonstrate NO pity for those murdered children, speaks volumes!

You don't address Waco, because it was and remains INDEFENSIBLE. Their blood cries out to God Almighty from the ground. Defend THAT. (You cannot, of course, and only a cold-hearted, black-hearted individual would even try.)

Here is a fact: The First Lady of the United States in NOT an elected official nor is it an appointed position in the government.
The First Lady has no power. Michelle does not. Laura did not. Hillary did not. Barbara did not. The only one in recent history who may have had some power because of the advancing dementia of the POTUS in the latter part of Ronnie's Presidency, was Nancy Reagan. Rosalynn did not. Betty did not. Pat did not. Lady Bird did not. Jackie did not. Get it, FG?
I get it. You hate the Clintons. Almost all Republicans and conservatives do. Nothing new here.

Now, I've heard with my own ears -- and the Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like has admitted that it is his voice on the recording -- Lyin' Don talking about trying to woo an attractive woman, who turned him down. He states that she was married at that time. What he does not mention, was that he, himself, was also married, to wife number 3, his current wife, and that he had been married to Melania for only a matter of months at that time!
But, he wasn't finished. Oh, no! He went on to point out that, since they were going to do a soap opera gig, he needed breath mints because he never knew when he might kiss one or more of the beautiful women actors he would meet there. He claimed that, as a famous man, he could kiss and/or grope any woman he found attractive with no negative repercussions!
What a fine "Family Values" candidate he is! (The Borgia family?)

You are so right Dalepertcheck--what moron would believe that people are casting multiple votes.

Big F**king deal. 1 out of 300 million. Its running rampant alright.

Hope I didn't offend anyone!

Donna -- Well put!

Donna (may I call you "Honey")--I want you to brace yourself before you read on. Ready? Just because one person has been caught voting multiple times--it doesn't mean only one person has done that.

The real problem is voter suppression. Conservatives know that when a lower number of eligible Americans vote, their candidates do better at all electoral levels. Their goal is voter suppression. And they are doing quite well in suppressing the vote!
They use voter ID laws as their tool to suppress the vote. They know that poorer voters are less likely to have easy access to personal, picture IDs. They also know that these poorer Americans more often vote for liberals and Democrats than for conservatives and Republicans.

Oh, the specific issue you raised -- voter fraud. This is the latest data, (You know, GALT. Facts...the things you ideologues hate!), on voter fraud: "A News21 analysis four years ago of 2,068 alleged election-fraud cases in 50 states found that while some fraud had occurred since 2000, the rate was infinitesimal compared with the 146 million registered voters in that 12-year span. The analysis found only 10 cases of voter impersonation, the only kind of fraud that could be prevented by voter ID at the polls."
2,068 alleged election fraud cases generated from 146,000,000 voters over 4 years is a little under 0.015%. That is a tiny amount right there. But wait! I must reiterate that out of 146 million registered voters there were, "...only 10 cases of voter impersonation, the only kind of fraud that could be prevented by voter ID at the polls." Now, that's a rate of less than 0.000007%. Putting it in simple terms, voter ID laws are a cure for a disease that does not exist. Voter ID laws are a concoction of right-wing ideologues in order to suppress the votes of those who are most likely to vote for liberals and Democrats.

Generally speaking, the voting history of America is a story of opening the process to more and more people. In The Election of 1800, Jefferson defeated John Adams in large part because Adams's Federalist Party colleagues in the Congress passed laws making it harder for new immigrants to become citizens and vote. Why? Because the Federalists knew that new citizens supported their opponents more than they supported them at the polls.
Before the 1820s, most states required voters to be free, white, males, over 21, and landowners. This was changed in state after state and Andrew Jackson was elected POTUS in 1828!
After the Civil War, the 15th Amendment was passed to give freed slaves the right to vote nationwide, since many states of the old Confederacy passed laws that former slaves could not vote.
The 19th Amendment gave all American women the right to vote. (Some states had acted on their own to do this previous to the 19th Amendment.)
The 26th Amendment was passed in 1971 and lowered the voting age from 21 to 18 nationwide. (Again, many states had already lowered the voting age within their borders previous to this amendment.)

But now, we are in the 21st Century, and one political party has taken it upon itself to suppress voter participation. Their weapon of choice is the voter ID law. Their excuse is the de minimis percentage of 0.000007% of voters who are guilty of voter impersonation. How blatantly transparent! How undemocratic! What a despoilment of individual freedom by government, perpetrated by those claiming to hate governmental regulations!

Hi Galt. Yes you are right no doubt. I'm sure that it has happened many times but what I'm saying is that number of people who did it didn't amount to anything or change the outcome of anything. Also the notion that the people who are doing this are being strictly directed by a left wing conspiracy group is somewhat far fetched. Like the right wing has never pulled any
crooked stuff. Give me a break.

Hope I didn't offend anyone!

This is the Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like...uncensored. This is the REAL guy! This is the flim-flam artist about whom Romney and Buffet warned us. Does anyone really believe his, "I'm a changed man," garbage?
Remember, this recording was made when the man was close to 60 years old. And keep in mind that not only was the woman he admitted trying to seduce married at the time, but SO WAS HE! He was NOT between his numerous marriages. He was newly married to his current "eye candy" wife when he admits that he made these advances to a woman who was married also! What a pig!

But, that's OK. Keep defending him here. Pence isn't defending him. Ryan isn't defending him. But go ahead and defend away! Or, continue to ignore what he has done and try to change the focus of the conversation. Good luck with that.

Below is a link to an article. It is quoting Republicans. Some have endorsed Lyin' Don. Some have not. Some use language far stronger than any I have used condemning the Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like. Quite a few call for Lyin' Don to step aside from the nomination!
Here's the link:

Has anyone ever investiged his wife to determine if she has any ties to the KGB? Is she the Manchurin Candidate?
Just think, Russians in the White House.

The Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like has openly asked Russia to share intelligence information about Hillary! (Of course, he was kidding...SURE!) Remember, Putin was a high ranking operative in the KGB, the former Soviet Union's notorious intelligence service. And, the best evidence is that Russian operatives have hacked into internet servers used by Democrats. But, hey! There's no connection at all. Right? If this were a Democratic nominee for POTUS with all of these connections to the Russian leader, it would be daily coverage on Fox News, and other lesser watched right-wing news outlets! What a double standard by the mainstream conservative media!
(Don't ideologues LOVE conspiracy theories? What's different about this one?)

Someone should ask Trump's wife if he grabbed her by the you-know-what when Putin introduced her to him.

No...Putin did!!

LOL, Don Juan Trump is the best opponent H'illary and the democrats could of hope for ensuring them the win.

Hope I didn't offend anyone!

I have decided that I am going to drive at least 25 registered voters to the polls to vote for Clinton.

According to the date listed, I wrote this, one frustrating day in early June. For what it's worth, here it is:

words how disengaged he is from real life. The Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like, really has no idea how insulted most women are when he dismisses at least two of the women accusing him of sexual impropriety by referring to their looks, and claiming that, because of their appearance, he would never be attracted enough to them to approach them sexually.
WOW!! What a prototypical male chauvinist pig comment! How demeaning to all women! Obviously, whether the charges against him are true or baseless, Lyin' Don sees women as sexual objects, even if he chooses them to have a role in his business organization, and/or in his entertainment endeavors. After all, he even ogles at least one of his own daughters!

I said two things early on in this POTUS election about the Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like. First, I said that it would be foolish to underestimate him as a candidate, since he was the most media-savvy POTUS candidate we had ever had. Second, I stated that, once he secured the nomination, the longer the campaign went on, the more people would be upset with him. I think that I have been proved accurate with both of these projections.

Jimmy Carter was running for POTUS way back in 1976. His poll numbers dropped after his interview with Playboy Magazine was published. In it, Carter stated that he, "lusted in my heart," for a few women other than his wife. That statement, which almost cost Carter the 1976 POTUS election, sure seems tame now!

his fellow Republican, John McCain, and/or call Senator McCain a loser for being captured. I wonder which nominee for POTUS did that? Hmmm...

Sorry. Wrong placement...look below, please, to get the connection clearly. Thank you.

from Illinois verbally challenging the sacrifices made by his Democratic opponent and those which her father and his family have made to our country:
Democrat Tammy Duckworth lost both her legs while serving in the United States military in Iraq. Her late father was a World War II veteran of the American military. He has traced his family back to an ancestor of his who fought in the American Revolutionary War. But, dead people cannot speak for themselves.
In a pique of anger at a joint appearance, the incumbent Republican Senator stated that: "I had forgotten that your parents came all the way from Thailand to serve George Washington." Ms. Duckworth's mother is an immigrant from Thailand, so why not mock Ms. Duckworth's entire family...right?

Now, I cannot say that the statements and actions of Lyin' Don caused Senator Kirk to make his bigoted, inaccurate statement. But the things that The Michelin Man who never met a burger he didn't like says, encourages others to make biased statements, whether there is an element of truth in them or not. Tammy Duckworth has sacrificed so much herself. She deserves our praise and our respect!
Republicans claim to support our soldiers and our veterans, injured, deceased, or healthy. Maybe...if they are Republicans.
