Don't Believe Everything You Hear

For those of you that listen to Rush Limbaugh, you might want to know he tried to fool you today. He did so by taking Sen. Tom Harkin's words out of context. Hopefully you all had the sense to check things out for yourselves before believing everything you heard.

Just so you know, retiring Sen. Tom Harkin (D-IA) did not really say that Democrats were wrong for Obamacare. Instead, Harkin's main point was that Democrats should have stuck to their guns and made sure the bill contained more of what they had originally wanted, things like a public option. And, that they should have never let the whole thing get compromised, which made it more complicated.

Rush distorted the context of this quite a bit today.

You got to be kidding Rush fools his listeners?

Statements made are the opinion of the writer who is exercising his first amendment right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and are generally permitted.

Apparently he doesn't fool all his listeners.

I always believe on my eyes instead of believing on his/her ears. Rush will not able able to consolidate the democrats point. Every law has to be passed with the public opinion. Public participation is compulsory in every thing. Public will decide O-Care is good for them or not.
