An Insult Heard On Local Radio Station

I was listening to a local radio station today. The disc jockey was telling about a cat that fell out of a tree, and apparently got hurt real bad. It sounds like the cat will recover, too. Well, a caller asked the guy if he thought that faith played a part in the cats' recovery. At that point, the jerk on the microphone unloaded a tirade on the caller, and then hung up on him. IMO, that's a classic example of how a schoolyard punk acts.

I find Johnny D fairly interesting sometimes. My one big problem with him is he seems to feel that because he is the radio host, he's automatically correct.

Well, Jeepmaker, I agree with much of what you say. But when someone calls Foghorn 2.0, and is being sincere about his cat being severely injured, and then gets talked AT like some kind of dirty low down dog, then F-him! My dog has terminal cancer, and I pray for him, every night. That said, I don't give a good goddam if some turd holding a microphone in one hand while aggressively scratching genital fleas with the other, likes it or not. Wouldn't it be great if the cat makes a full recovery, and then hooks up with another cat, and the two of them run away? Cats do that sometimes.

G-Man, F**k Johny D. He is a washed up bald headed radio retread trying to be relevant but ends up being boring.
As a dog lover I feel bad for what your going through. There is nothing more heart braking.

be careful about what you say about johny, mrignorant picks him as the next big radio thing, a man able to both entertain and inform

I haven't posted one thing here and Fred has felt obsessed to make two derogatory remarks about MrIndependent. As for JohnyD, I find he has fallen into the same trap that Mr. Entertainer (Fred) has. Hanging up on callers and spewing corporate talking points makes for yet another boring program on WSPD. I thought he would be different (and he could be) but you can see the new program director is coaching him to repeat the nonsensical libertarian mantra. It would be nice if WSPD Bain could muster some independence with its programing and serve all the public. I find the only time that happens is late at night and on weekends.

Fred is a genius!

He has turned his loyal listeners into loyal listeners of JohnnyD.

Fred I hope Mitt Romney gives you a raise. You do so much for him!

Very sorry about your dog, that sucks.
