The Blade Records show that Brian Wilson of WSPD (Bain)1370-AM and his wife bought their home in Virginia about the same time they defaulted on their Perrysburg condo.

A Perrysburg condominium owned by Toledo news radio talk-show host Brian Wilson was foreclosed on earlier this year and is scheduled for sheriff's sale Sept. 16.

Chase Home Finance LLC of Columbus foreclosed on the Wilsons' three-bedroom home at 3334 Rivers Edge in May, claiming Wilson and his wife, Carol, owed $197,832 plus interest dating to Dec. 1, 2009. On June 21, Wood County Common Pleas Judge Reeve Kelsey found that the Wilsons were in default of their loan and ordered the property sold at sheriff's sale.

About the same time the Wilsons defaulted on their mortgage, the couple on Dec. 15 bought a $340,000 home in Huddleston, Va., real estate records in Beford County, Virginia, show.

With all the foreclosers of the past few years many would say so what! Many had to make that decision of all races, creeds and political affiliation. Friends or friends of friends have made that step and walked away. This is really a non issue.

I thought the Occupy movement and the Miss Representative (sensible shoes) burnished this into being a badge of honor?

Mr. Apathy

The rest of the story- the property was sold by Wilson on 9/22/2010 as a warranty deed sale which I'm sure Zeyad knows means that the seller holds clear title to the property, not the bank or the sheriff. He was probably holding that info back for a later date so he could "play" me again. Or he could just be ignorant of all the facts.

I'm confused how I got into this discussion. Does this mean we are becoming Bud's?

I apologize, I am so used to responding and correcting your ignorance that I didn't notice this was Willard's ignorance.

Hey Willard, Fred thinks he's giving you a comlilment.

Now do the rest of the rest of the story.
You don't have to be scared of Mumbles anymore he is gone. Doing the math sutters owed $197K and sold it for 160K so he only stiffed the bank out of 37K. He must of had enough money for that 340k home in virginia though. Great chacter.

Do you use spell check?

No. How do you spell it?
