Local Radio might become thing of the past!

Just as they did when they had mumbles Wilson do his show while sitting in his underware in his basement at his Virginia home, Bain/CC wants this to be the norm. From the article:
"Translation: "We won't rest until every station we own across the country is staffed from San Antonio. We don't need no stinkin' local content."

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/12/06/1167882/-Bain-s-Clear-Channel-f...

In light of the humiliating defeat that the twit Mittins Romney took, Bain/CC is losing a ton of money and is cutting people left and right. The drug addict Rush Limpdick suckered them out of $400 million also, which is not helping matters.

Bain/CC wants do away with local people which could mean our dear friend Fredtheentertainer could be tossed out like a used condom. Please join me in prayer that this doesn't happen. Fredtheenterainer is the last remnant of a once great radio station.

If that happens, where are we going to go for advice regarding sandwich selections?

I posted this very same thing last week when you were worrying about Progressive radio stations in Portland.

Do you even read your threads or do you just post inflammatory stuff and leave?

Oh BTW, I showed what the problem was. It's not Bain, it's not Clear Channel, because the same issue is true of Cumulus and Siruis/XM. It's these cookie cutter consultants who advise the radio owners to do the same thing at every channel to maximize profit. It doesn't always maximize profit but what it does do is remove ingenuity, and stifle talent from being developed.

Look at Toledo music radio. How many stations are country? How many are Top 40? How many deviations from those two are there? How many have a "Morning Zoo" morning show with 2 men and 1 woman as the main staff? Now talk radio, how many stations are solely national programs? How many are sports talk?

Do you see a pattern?

Do you listen to the independent radio station in Toledo?

Willard the state of radio is because of people like you. By that I mean those who are told "this is the way this is". I know this to be true because you keep blaming it on Bain/CC despite as I showed it's a problem in radio period.

You will decry WSPD but I bet you're a loyal listener of one of the local music stations who is run by the exact same people. You probably don't realize that their station is actually 4 radio stations. That the people you love probably hang out with Fred every single day. They probably do breakfast or lunch together. But you "fight" yourself when you listen to the music channel because you're putting your money back into Clear Channel and Cumulus' pocket.

That's why I asked if you listen to any independent radio.

Fred, so how is the Herr Wilson doing? I heard he's become one of the dependent class. Leeching off the producers. You know one of the 47%!

Hi Mikey,
I don't listen to any local music radio stations. I only listen to talk radio. I listen to bain/wspd only, 15 min. a day each way to work. I post inflammatory stuff and leave like everyone else on here only from the opposite view of the depends right wing crowd that trolls on here. If Fred gets thrown out I will no longer listen to bain/wspd any more. Johnny D? What a dud. The station is going down hill. Fredtheentertainer is like the Oprah Winferd of the Radio!

I kind of like Johny D he offers another slice of humanity that I find entertaining. Only WSPD could dredge up such unimaginable conversation. My only question is why Fred doesn't call in at 5:30 to banter about nonsensical idioms. I always find it educational to listen to the fringe natives.

Re-posting what your owners at the Liberal Media outlet DailyKos.com and mediamatters.org are ordering your small mind to regurgitate.

Have you ever had an original thought? Or does everything you say come from your Liberal Media owners like G.E. and the other Obimbo puppeteers.

Don't blame me,
I didn't vote for a
socialist.

A link from the Daily Kos? Yep, that DEFINITELY has to be accurate. There's no liberal bias there!
