Some insight into the thinking of democrats.

Keep in mind these aren't just ANY run of the mill on the street democrats, these are delegates to their national convention. And I thought Jay Leno had stupid people on his "Jay walking" segments.

Just WOW!!!
Welcome to your future boys and girls, the the United Soviet Union of America.

The fruits of MY labor are not a social commodity.

I comment on the Huffingtonpost Blog--just because I get a sick satisfaction out of annoying the liberals (facts really knock them off their feet).

Anyway, I'm amazed at the number of comments I get from the left wingers that indicate they have absolutely no idea how the government works. On several occasions, I've had to explain that the Congress includes the House and the Senate. Many of the HP bloggers think that "Congress" is a separate entity. Amazing!

P.S. You should go to Huffingtonpost.com and sign-up for an account. It's fun!

I already have one Galt. I'll send you my screenname.

It's funny that you and I frequent there. There are many on here Willard/wolfman, purnhrt, RolandHanson, etc who accuse us of getting our opinions from FoxNews and Rush Limbaugh. When the further couldn't be true. I watch a Fox n Friends but I don't find their political commentary that cerebral. I don't listen to Rush. In fact most of my news gathering and media is from reading on the internet, it's about half and half conservative and liberal. On HuffPo I primarily read their articles for a laugh but most of what I comment on is polls on the Pollster.com portion of their site.

In fact, on the last 3 election nights I've watched I've watched MSNBC. Same as I watched them during the conventions. They're hilarious trying to spin bad news. Watching Chris Matthews slowly lose his mind has been entertaining too.

Oh I don't know where this booing God thing happened. It couldn't have been at the DNC. I was watching MSNBC and they never said anything about it.

In order to achieve its goals, the bleeding heart has to ignore economics.

That explains just about everything about Liberals, Galt.

The best way to get insight as to how a democrat thinks is this: consider a Republican, and throw out reason and accountability. Simple, really.

I saw a big difference in the conventions. The Dems looked like a cross section of the United States of America. The Republicans appeared to look like one group except for a few dots here and there.

If you're trying to imply the Democrats are more representative of the US population, please stop. They've allowed the federal government to borrow 40 cents on each dollar spent, year after year. That's only representative of ONE sector of the population: Bankers.

You Liberals are allergic to economics. That's why you're such a failure in your Democratic Party.

From my perpective the Dems and the Republicans aren't much different except for few things:

Republicans: Run up the debt, collect more taxes, give the taxes to their rich buddies and treat the masses who pay the taxes like serfs.

Democrats: Run up the debt, collect more taxes, use the taxes to benefit the tax payers and treat the masses who pay the taxes like citizens.

I know many financially challenged people who call themselves Republicans who think the tax thieves will eventually suck them up into a windfall of prosperity, but the reality is they will end up in the same concentration camp with the serfs.

The administration wants to raise your taxes. Way to benefit the taxpayers.

Who has the administration helped thus far? Bankers, Auto Union leaders, and the CEOs of failed green energy companies.

Again, you Democrats and Liberals have an allergy for economics. The "taxpayers" you're referring to are generally in the 40% faction that don't pay the federal income tax. They are largely welfare recipients, like many corporations are (note that 40% of those, too, end up with zero federal income tax liability each year). So they aren't really taxpayers. You can't admit that.

So I'll admit it for you.

Both major political parties are part of a larger, un-named party, called the Welfare-Warfare Party (WWP). They've worked together over the last 70 years to make sure that the federal budget grew at 8-9% annually, while the economy that allegedly supports it only grew at 3-4%. Yes, that's only 3-4%, taking into account wage growth AND population growth.

That's why borrowing only grew heavier with time. 8-9% growth in expenses will overbear 3-4% growth in revenue. The difference has to come from somewhere. Today, that "somewhere" is $16 trillion in size. It's called the "federal debt". For about 140 million American households, that's a hidden debt load of $114000 per household. But probably at least 1/4 of those households won't pay it at all. I'd guess it's possibly 1/3. Even at 25%, that's a debt load on paying households of $152000.

So obviously both wings of the WWP are crashing the nation, regardless of the beneficiaries, not that you even understand who the real beneficiaries even are. And it's not really the point about the beneficiaries; it's that the middle class is the anti-beneficiary, the victim, being targeted for destruction by the overclass and the underclass.

What, no response, Zeyad-comma-Charles? It figures. All those numbers do tend to confuse the Liberal so-called brain. :^D

The best way to get insight on what right wing closet queers are about is to watch Clit
Deadwood talking to an empty chair and listen to the nervous laughter again at the RNC.

As far as I can remember, you starred in a motion picture yourself, with a furry little rodent sidekick named "Ben".

Moore insight on the Democrat constituency, this time fro none other than democrat guru James Carville,

“Ideologies aren't all that important. What's important is psychology.

The Democratic constituency is just like a herd of cows. All you have to do is lay out enough silage and they come running. That's why I became an operative working with Democrats. With Democrats all you have to do is make a lot of noise, lay out the hay, and be ready to use the ole cattle prod in case a few want to bolt the herd.

Eighty percent of the people who call themselves Democrats don't have a clue as to political reality.
What amazes me is that you could take a group of people who are hard workers and convince them that they should support social programs that were the exact opposite of their own personal convictions. Put a little fear here and there and you can get people to vote any way you want.

The voter is basically dumb and lazy. The reason I became a Democratic operative instead of a Republican was because there were more Democrats that didn't have a clue than there were Republicans.

Truth is relative. Truth is what you can make the voter believe is the truth. If you're smart enough, truth is what you make the voter think it is. That's why I'm a Democrat. I can make the Democratic voters think whatever I want them to.”
