I just remembered that in previous years people who couldn't speak were referred to as "dumb", but Ed has long been considered that.

Any statement I make is the opinion of me exercising my first amendment right to freedom of speech. Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and is generally permitted.

Ed responded correctly. Don't waste your time with gotcha journalists (pecker flies). I used to do that when the Moonies were handing out flowers in the malls and airports. The indoctrinated followers tried to engage me in conversation with their wild eyed version of life. Well life's to short!

"the private sector is doing fine", so says the absolute worst "President", in all of American History.

The greatest act of palliation, since Slick Willy said,"I see Federal budget deficits, for as far as the eye can see".

The following year, R's in Congress balanced the Federal Budget, and did so for the next 4 years !

I think Ed was probably deep in thought about how much he enjoyed the Scotch he drank for breakfast.

In my experience, when one so often makes personal attacks upon those with whom that person disagrees, that person is bereft of good arguments. You have shown otherwise. Why stoop to character assassination? Does it make you feel better? Your characterization of Ed's sobriety, or lack thereof, is based upon what?

I cannot speak for Mr. Schultz in every situation. When he telecast his show from Toledo, I did meet and speak with him very briefly. He was as sober as a Methodist minister that evening in a bar and grill location!

Yes I talked to Ed too. He is not an alcoholic but a reformed Republican who now stands up for the working man. Galt has been living in the back woods of Ida Michigan too long!

Stooping to character assassination? Like Ed saying that Gov Walker will be indicted all because Ed put his hopes and dreams into Walker being recalled?

Like that?

Ed's a public figure with his own national TV show. He's fair game. The problem is that such attacks take the focus away from issues. Mikey, you and I have tacitly agreed to respect each other here, even though we disagree on many issues.

When all of us stick to the issues, and avoid character assassination, this cite serves its purpose well. Both character assassination and the overuse of profanity are indications of weak arguments on the issues to me. When one has good arguments and one is convinced (s)he is right, one doesn't need to denigrate an opponent -- famous or not!

when it was being ruined by Strickland, and all of America, into economic peril.
And, YOU DO NOT SEE IT !?

So, character assassination & denigration, is what you job killing / America hating ,radical sycophants DESERVE !!!!

Sorry Charlie, politics is the roughest indoor sports in the World.
And, whiners do not like to play when their lies, fail to carry their polluted Leftist water !
