If I'm the Board of Trustees:
Paterno- gone
The President of Penn State- gone.

After the season...
Complete overhaul of athletic department and football program.

Political Championship Wrestling- putting politics in proper perspective by presenting it as pro wrestling.

Coming in January, a political satire about the sorry state of American Politics- Jesusland vs. Progressiveville.

And so do the members of the real PSU Board of Trustees. Paterno and Spanier have been fired.

There's a city full of walls you can post complaints at

Paterno should be allowed to finish the season.

The ones at fault were the janitor and the GA who both witnessed the attacks and chose not to alert civilian authorities.

Joe found out after the fact, didn't have the details, and Sandusky already had a grudge against him. Had Joe called authorities and Sandusky been found not guilty he would have had a clear case of defamation/harassment against Joe and the University.

The AD is also equally dispicable for covering it up, allowing Sandusky to keep his Professor Emeritus status and continued use of university facilities.

He sounds like a perfect Democratic candidate to take the place of Anthony Weiner.

Don't blame me,

you fucking meathead...

You little dickless motherfucing piece of liberal trash.

No wonder you are such an angry little bastard. Apparently Jerry never called after you serviced him in the shower.

Have a nice day.

You're the easiest mark of all time; thanks for the yuck, puss n' boots...

HaHa good one Mccaskey, that made me laugh. If that jackoff was confronted on the street he would poop his pants.

If Sandusky is guilty, and from what I have heard on the news, the evidence sounds pretty strong, he should be dragged into the street and beaten with baseball bats. Or maybe set on fire.
Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll kill himself and save the cost of a trial. If convicted, I hope he gets beaten and raped on a daily basis.

As for Paterno, no doubt he did NOT do enough. I find it shocking. Maybe it's a generational thing. Could it be he comes from an era where such things just aren't talked about?

brought up several times tonight and believe it has some validity. Not in terms of absolving Paterno of his inactions, because really nothing can do that, just by way of possible explanation for him doing---or rather not doing--what he did.

I don't hold Paterno responsible but not because of the generational angel. That is a copout argument.

I don't hold him responsible because 1) he found out after the fact 2) He had already attempted to distance Sandusky from the University. It was the AD and the University who granted Sandusky access to University facilities and it was the AD and the University who covered up Sandusky's actions.

Paterno's actions were warranted and appropriate. This whole case, everything that happened, if Paterno would have never found out would not be different today. They'd be in the same predicament. The University is using Paterno as a sacrificial lamb to distract from the actions of it's senior officials.

Paterno should ask that his name be removed from the library and the millions he donated for it returned. Every player on the team should transfer to another school.

THATS A COP OUT FOR HIM MIKE, COM ON

No it's not.

Everyone is out to get Joe. Here's the thing. Why the HELL didn't the janitor or the student call the cops. That is where the problem lies.

Guess which two in this whole mess still have their jobs? The two who witnessed the attack and didn't alert the police!

MikeyA

Anyone who actually saw this happening should be held accountable as to possible criminal charges, remember Joe had enough power and influence to have Sandusky removed. He did what the rest of em did and hushed it up.... Anyone who knew about this should be gone. As a side note: some people are talking about why these kids didn't tell anyone if this was forced on them, or where they gay. Who just stands there while someone commits these types of acts to them ????? By the way notice the title of Sandusky's book.........‚ÄĚTOUCHED'

"DTOM" {1776} " We The People" {1791}

From what I've heard and read, the investigation should include the police and district attorney. Why was Sandusky let off even after he admitted he acted "inappropriately" with a young boy?

Sounds like Happy Valley is full of enablers.

From Yahoo Rivals it appears Sandusky and his organization were arranging for boosters to the Athletic Dept to have sex with boys. http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/news?slug=ycn-10407023

Suddenly the cover-up by the AD makes sense. I seriously doubt Joe knew about that.

Oh and guess who will be coaching this weekend? McCreary the GA who saw the attack and didn't call the cops. So remember that those who were so outraged that called for Joe's job. The guy who saw the rape is still working for the university and will coach this weekend.

At this point in this sickening affair, anything seems possible...

Paterno had to go. He was the face of PSU football for almost half a century. Everybody at the top is out the door when something this horrendous happens.

However, it's becoming increasing evident to me that while he should have morally---not legally--done more with the reporting of the incident he was told about, he's also become a convenient scapegoat for something possibly much bigger and more vile that happened and may still be happening over there. The two people whose names right now are most associated with this sorry state of affairs are 1. Sandusky (obviously), 2. Paterno. How nice and tidy this situation has become for some.

I'd encourage all to follow the reporting of Sara Ganim of the Harrisburg Patriot News as this story continues to unfold---
