Pretty Boy Bam Bam Wins his Debut Boxing Match Against Rubin The Hurricane Swain in Toledo, OH

TOLEDO, OH, June 12th 2011 (Team Bam Bam)— It was a phenomenal fight night at Central Catholic High School. Boxer Wayne Lawrence Jr. aka Pretty Boy Bam Bam a Toledo, OH native won a unanimous decision over Rubin The Hurricane also of Toledo, OH in the USA Boxing sanctioned event.

The card was filled with 15 bouts of either I or 2 minute rounds based on the age of participants. The “Main Event” featured the young Toledoan, Pretty Boy Bam Bam in his first, highly anticipated, debut bout. Friends and family are very supportive of Pretty Boy Bam Bam and his young career as a boxer/entertainer. A good turnout of fans confirmed the interest and following of the internet sensation.

Pretty Boy Bam Bam is 4”3 65 lbs and weighs trains with his father, Wayne Lawrence Sr. of Hang’ Em or Bang’ Em Boxing Gym and Rubin The Hurricane 65lbs trains with Frank White of Fast Trax Boxing Gym.

When he is not training at the gym, Pretty Boy Bam Bam is a 4th grade student at Toledo Christian School and enjoys being a normal kid, watching TV and playing with his friends.

Wayne Lawrence Sr. who has been training Pretty Boy Bam Bam for seven years explained, "This is a very exciting time for #TeamBamBam, we would like to thank all of our fans and supporters across the world. Pretty Boy Bam Bam was quick to throw punches in combinations and appeared to startle Rubin The Hurricane, who struggled to initiate offense under the offensive pressure from Bam Bam.
