Does Kaptur mislead, snub and stiff Veteran Fundraiser?

By Nick Haupricht for Veterans Today

Six months ago, I was approached by Ohio Rep. Marcy Kaptur (Dem) to organize a veterans monument in Toledo using a left over “stone” from the World War II Memorial in Washington. Six months later and thousands and thousands of dollars spent, no stone, no memorial, no support and lots of misinformation, inaccurate information and a member of congress running away at full speed. Why?,,,,,

Now I find that spending thousands of my own dollars on what should have been a govenment (sic) project, money spent with the full encouragement and authorization of Kaptur’s staff was wrong. They never should have pushed things they were never authorized to be involved in much less have a disabled vet finance it all.

I prefer the authors article on how drug money is buying Republicans congress -

Or this article about a prominent Israeli rabbi calling for our death -

Lots of good 9/11 cover up stuff too...nice site.

but it appears that some of these individuals may have wandered a little too far off the reservation.

But what you're saying is that you prefer an article with no real documented research or corroboration to back up what are obviously preposterous claims. And nothing screams "Tinfoil Hat Crowd" better than a bunch of 9/11 "truther" crap.

What I'm saying is that I don't put much stock into the site.

for some reason I wasn't picking up on the sarcasm. You are correct though, definitely not the most reputable site.

You would think that if Steve Jobs could generate an iLiver for himself that he would be able to create a sarcasm font.

Gordon Duff did not author the article. Nick Haupricht did. And while Duff's left leaning tendencies would suggest that he would be a Kaptur ally, he seen enough creditability in this article to post it under his column. No mention of Rich Iott being a Nazi or disrespecting the uniform or unwarranted awards. Hmmmmm...wonder why? Maybe he sees it for what it really is. A non-issue.
