Oh Hell YES -  It is more fun to watch these mindless morons beat the crap out of each other than it is to watch the Olympics.

Don't blame me,

I can't answer this poll because of the word "continue" in the question. In the 7 years we've lived here (what were we thinking?!?!?!?) Franklin Park has never been that important of a shopping location. The continual problems there do make me think twice about ever going there. Fallen Timbers is much easier to get in and out, even with the extra drive. I've heard Costco plans a 2nd Toledo location on one of the outparcels around Fallen Timbers. If that happens I may have no need to cross into Toledo at all!

I was there Saturday night and it was really nuts. Saw cops and security yelling at someone, moved out of the way, and decided to not go there on the weekends.

The number of people that was there was unusually high for a non - Christmas weekend, and my personal biases tell me that most of the people - who were younger than me - were not there to get the latest Jordan's fro Foot Locker or pick up some lingerie from Victoria's Secret for their Valentine.

These people are not really benefiting Westfield monetarily by practically causing near-riots.

I don't shop at malls much in general.

However, I don't have a problem going to Westfield when I do need something from the mall. I don't go to any mall on weekend evenings, because I don't like crowds. But I've never had a problem popping in for what I need on a weeknight or weekend morning.

I live in Sylvania - Westfield is the most convenient mall location for me. I like Fallen Timbers, but I don't really have any other reason to head out that way.

That decent people cannot go to the movies without this sort of thing happening. With all the attention being finally paid to this, I'll bet the crowds of thugs hanging around Franklin Park keeps getting bigger. Why wouldn't it-they can have "fun", assault people, and the guards will get the blame for any "kiddie scuffles" that break out.

Agree with G-Man, it IS a shame. This is the kind of crap that killed Southwyck. Mall owners can't win, because if their security would be given the go ahead to do what they need to do to stop this behavior, ie, slap the snot out of the offending thugs and arrest them, sure as hell it would be lawsuit time.

The same worthless excuse for parents that drop them off at the mall so they don't have to watch them would be screaming that "they mistreated my baby".

Too many kids have the "thug" mentality, it starts with their upbringing.

The little cretins are ruining the mall. Here's a thought: Collect names and sue the parents for damages and lost business. Sue them in small claims. These ignorant SOBs will likely not show up for the trial, which means the judgment will automatically go against them. Start collections. If the merchants file enough suites the entire family may move.

have the disposable income that keeps the Mall open. Why do you think the mall hasn't come up with a plan? Because they don't want to offend the little "cretins." They might think twice about where they spend their money.

I can'r see 30 policemen not being able to "handle" 150 teenagers and it took three hours? This just does not smell right to me.

I would like to see the secirity tape. The television stations are always showing security tapes of some nonsence in different cities, why not these video's.

Also the mall attempted to keep the ruckus out of the news. What is that all about.?

The little creitns are teens. Getting them out of the mall is not going to make a dent in the cash intake.

The pr mess this has caused for the mall is going to lose more cash than any cretins could bring in.

I was there Saturday night. The mall was packed, the stores weren't.
