Skeldon addresses local union crowd

Tom Skeldon addressed local mail carriers at their monthly meeting tonight. He said Judge Goulding is wrong in his ruling about the vicious dog law in Toledo. Important provisions of this ordinance cannot be presently enforced in Toledo, putting the citizens at risk. Skeldon said you will see dog bites increase , and you may also see " 4 or 5 pits fighting over a child's carcass' . He said not one politician backed him up while he was under fire in the local media . Union president Rocky Newbold talked of packs of wild dogs running in West Toledo neighborhoods in the 1960's, with some carriers enduring many dog attacks and bites.
National Association of Letter Carriers branch 100 honored Skedon with an honorary letter carrier title at their hall, 4437 Woodville rd. in Northwood.

What's the key to understanding this story? Skeldon is FORMER Dog Warden i.e. doesn't have a job....and he's talking to a labor union.

Even postmodernists must admit that 2+2 alway = 4, so the question is what political office or appointment is Skeldon trying to get himself nepotized now that he's, quote retired closed quote?

All that wasted time and energy when he's no longer dog warden. Does anyone else think that Skeldon might be better off applying for a job at INS border patrol, or Homeland Security?

good point, border patrol pays well and there are plenty of dogs to kill.

What I want to know is why the IRS is buying a bunch of SAWED OFF SHOTGUNS, the IRS agents are all federal employees.

We were told more than once that we could not bring guns in the trunk our car into the parking lot of the Main Post Office. If there was some idea that we had guns in our vehicle it would be searched.

...of this. If you are confronted with a loose dog that seems threatening you just put a couple of rounds into it, and it is no longer a problem. We protect the children from becoming "carcasses". Of course, federal employees cannot carry guns on the job, they have to use pepper spray to subdue the animal (and it sometimes does not work).

Folks, what we have here is a variation on the tired, old argument we all heard when the State of Ohio overruled Toledos' arbitrary and useless handgun laws, and earlier when concealed carry laws were enacted. The streets would run red with blood, gunfights would break out as the result of fender-benders, and all the rest of the dire predictions-none of which happened. Now it's what-pitbulls devouring childrens' carcasses(children have bodies-not "carcasses")? And in packs of 4 or 5 pitbulls per child? And by what crystal ball does this person get this information? And how, for that matter. Does he pinch crystal balls, too? Also, how is it he makes the claim no politician supported him-I believe Maggie did.
