Is anybody else having issues with Buckeye cable Internet being down or does anyone know if there is a problem?

Wow its messed up. I called on my cell and it didn't recognize the number.
I spoke with a knowledgeable rep who told me that the Buckeye Express outage was a system-wide CMTS failure. I was without Internet for three hours and my landline phone for about one hour, but strangely the cable TV never missed a beat.
