This bunch of G-D "bullchips" is the most confusing, idiotic crap I've had to put up with in this city in my life. I'm about ready to start throwing the garbage in the G-D street. It's the end result of the spendthrift imbeciles who have run the city into the ground with their reckless spending, and wasting of money.

Nah lets dump it all on carty's lawn!

“Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.”

Wow, I don’t understand how it's so hard for some people to know that when we have a holiday, we move garbage day back one day. This saves the city big money, isn't that what we all want?

Don’t tell me, let me guess, you wear Velcro shoes and a digital watch too…

I WEAR New Balance shoes and know watch.LMAO
I don't understand it either. Maybe its too hard for them? LOL

Since too many folks have been fed a bunch of rubbish and fallen for a forged hero, a fraud, just like the Obamatons swoon for him.

"Dr." Martin Luther King, Jr. exposed as a fraud!

I hope that someone in the refuse dept. will enforce the curb removal of the bins after they have been emptied. The neighborhoods look bad enough, with out the bins becoming apart of the litter problems that we have in the 'CENTRAL-CITY"
These Bins are unsightly laying around on the sidewalks and curb side of the street. The snow and non removal of the snow by residents is multiplying the problem.
Landlords are going to have to make sure that their tenants put the cans back and not leave the trash that Wasn't in the Bin sitting there from one week to next.
Some people won't use common sense if they don't have to. Just to damn lazy.
We haven't received them in my block yet, I don't think that we will have this problem in our block because we try to keep up our property. But this situation in the CENTRAL CITY Is like a CANCER that is consumming all of the healthy tissue around it. It is also killing our property values.
