Unemployment hit 10.4% in Feb. 1983. Man, unemployment is almost as bad as it was during the REAGAN years??? That's bad....

Things are far, far worse now-and I haven't gotten any of the goodies I was promised. I also never got the fifty dollars Carter promised me, although he at least never promised Hope and Change.
