Ms. Frederick should be fired for trespass, theft, and bribery. Simple, end of story. Check out the e mail she sent on city e mail system to her staff members, it's at

if there's actually 'theft' and 'bribery' involved why isn't she charged with a crime? Has she been charged with a crime?

The victim would have to file the charges.

and until the 'victim' does, there's no 'theft' or 'bribery'...sorry, Fred.

I don't think so. The state is the victim. Like what happens when a murdered person isn't able to press charges. It would look like this: The People v. Frederick.

Maybe for the bribery charge yes. But the vicitm of the theft would be the individual whose property was taken(yard sign) and would have to follow up for the prosecution.

McCaskey: Im not saying that the crime didnt occur I was just stating what would have to hapen for the prosecution

Look before all you jump to conclusions its one persons word against another. Were there any other witnesses to the alleged sign theft? Local radio has used the Sue Frederick issue to build its far right audience. The radio station and its friends on the Toledo Police Dept. have an axe to grind here. So until we get a third party witness or other facts I consider this another witch hunt by the ratings starved radio station and disgruntled parties within TPPA.

The purported E-mail show an angry manager to its coworkers. What is the whole story here? I'm only seeing a piece of the whole picture here. How many of you have become angry with your coworkers and responded in such a way?

You only see what you want to see...the persecution of a democrat by racist neo-cons....you'll obfuscate until such time as concrete proof of such transgretion...

Then you'll switch gears to "everyone does it" or "she's just a bad apple"...

C'mon wolfie stop showing your stupidity. Frederick walked up to this guy's house, took the sign off his lawn and was walking away. She returns the next day and offers him a job. There is no alleged, and obviously the city believes the story since they suspended her. They refused to even listen to Mr. Ritter's side of the story because Frederick admitted to it. No need for a third party.
Ratings starved? We are in top 5 in most demos and for a city with so many signals available I'm pleased. Your idiotic contention that we used Frederick for ratings doesn't even make sense. If peple weren't already listening they wouldn't know we talked about Frederick, if they aren't listening how do they know we are talking about her?

She said he said bla bla blaaa. Was their an arrest or was it because of one-sided harping? I know I don't know all the facts but I also believe I'm not alone here. So if no arrest than I believe no crime was committed. Sounds like a Human Resource issue.

Oh yeah..people gladly accept a month off work with no pay for doing nothing at all...

Boy...nothing gets by you...

Excellent! So I rob a house, no one sees me, no charges are filed against me....therefore no crime has been comitted. Brilliant!

I'm so disappointed! LOL

Must of happened during that turbulent sixties. Fred is that how you got the fur coat? ;-)
