This is the Children of Liberty meeting at the Sanger branch library. Fred Lefebre ( how do you spell that) spoke , now Michael Miller of the Toledo Free Press is up . These two are both funny, regardless if you agree with them or not. Miller looks younger than his FP photo.
Fred spoke of the media battles in Toledo. The newspaper , the tv stations, the radio, the weekly paper.
Mike is animated , he is talking about the battle over the United Way building. Mike says many politicians travel to Pittsburg to see a newspaper publisher there. He says Konop and Mike Bell have both made this pilgrimage.
Block communications is 442 million dollars in debt he He says. The surviving papers will be small and focus on local news.

I had a great time at the meeting and met a fantastic group of people willing to stand up and be counted for what they believe in. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Here's to the crazy ones, the rebels, the troublemakers, the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
