The Partners In Education Great Maumee River Dragon Boat Festival is an experience like no other! Join us July 25, 2009 starting at 8:00 am, as we paddle, cheer, race and celebrate to fund learning opportunities that help educators and their students reach their full potential! Partners In Education of Toledo is a non-profit organization which develops and fosters partnerships between area schools and northwest Ohio businesses, government agencies, organizations and churches.
Sounds like a target rich environment to me. Does the Teacher's Union have a boat? How about the BOE?
