Should Carty go to Vegas next week on Toledo's dime?
It's waste of money and time. Carty is a lame-duck mayor and few people take him seriously. The only person who wants a horse trail is Carty. The rest of us want Southwyck redeveloped into an area that provides commerce and good jobs. Stable rentals, stable caretakers and poop sweepers doesn't hit me as a good use of the Southwyck property. Carty should pay for the trip himself and the time he takes to meet with these people should be taken out of his pay. If the trip is paid for by the property owners, Carty should be brought up on charges.
We need to tell Carty that doing other things with farm animals is also illegal.
Because that way I could tell him just exactly what he needs to hear...
