Blatant Media Alert! Stephen Ward Visits With Right Wing Extremist Fred LeFebvre Tuesday

Stephen Ward, concil candidate, will do what even Ben Konop has refused to do. Ward will be in studio with right wing extremist and overpayed GOP mouthpiece Fred LeFebvre on Tuesday at 7:30a. LeFebvre the water carrier for the exiled Republican party will pepper Ward with questions about Democrat run Toledo and it's current fiscal crisis.
Sprinkled among the hate filled questions LeFebvre will talk about his favorite places to eat, where to buy flowers, do the weather and traffic, and bash the current Democrat mayor.
Should be a good time for all. Well except wolfmeister, and a few others.

Carty. You forgot to include right wing suburban terrorist
in your rant.

Fred who are the few others? You mean your fan club is expanding? Can you afford the Prius and a wage cut?

I hope you don't lose your job. You've been around here long enough to have proven you actually care what happens in this town.

Your drive-time boss is a different story altogether.

I agree with McCaskey the station has a definite negative change since the drive-time boss took over. I understand that the staff has to work under the new parameters but the "news" station has turned into some kind of negative hate-filled propaganda machine. I find it intolerable to listen continually so I find myself surfing the AM dial which is a change since the drive-time boss took over.

Thanks for the update wolfmeister. Anytime you are looking for work in radio be sure to send your resume and the many years of experience you have in programming a successful station along, I'm sure we'll give you due consideration.

Fred,

You need to review what happened to other "celebrities" with obsessed fans. The Wolfman seems to have an unhealthy preoccupation with you.

Have you considered a bodyguard or restraining order? There's something here that's just not healthy. . .

Glad you came to play. Wolfman hates to pick on Fred but he is the only one who has courage at the Extremist radio station. Hiding behind a microphone with a mute button is a little different than blogging don't you think Brian? Wolfman thinks he is skilled in this type of centrifuge maybe you could offer him a job, say counter point to all the right wing extremist talk.

Brian free speech is allowed even if you don't agree with the other view point. How is what I posted here any different than what your radio station does on a daily basis? To somehow find my comments as needing a restraining order is a slap-in-the-face of free speech don't you think?

Wolfman,

I'm not an employee or in any way affiliated with WSPD or Clear Channel. I'm not in any position to offer anybody a job. I just find your obsession with Fred interesting.

Also, I think the word you were looking for is "subterfuge".

My bad I stand corrected! I didn't think I was writing a thesis here! Misspelling and gossip are all the rage here but you are right. But you did work at the "station" as a
Eye-On-Toledo talk show host. You did this for no pay? If I am correct here why would you do this for no pay? Troy Neff did his show at no cost to WCWA because he could promote his business which makes total sense and helped the bottom line but what is your motive? What would drive you to be involved if you say you are not a employee of the "station"? Would it be anger, hatred, or a sense of "to get even." All would be a perfect emotional match for the mission statement of Extremist radio. But this is all pure theory what do you say?

I hosted Eye On Toledo once. I was not paid. I did it because I never hosted a talk radio show and I wanted to give it a try. Brian Wilson offered me the opportunity.

I hosted Troy Neff's show for two weeks and was paid for that.

My motivation? Just curiosity. Fred and I know each other. I have been the recipient of his criticism and his praise. We are not what you would call friends, but we are friendly acquaintances. Fred doesn't need me to defend him. I'm just curious about you and your single-minded pursuit of Fred.

to ask what awards he would apply for and what projects he would support under 10k to get past council approval.
