Kasich Announces 88 County Leadership Team

Jon Stainbrook is not the local leader. One wonders if his calling people and threatening the Blade or other things on them has given him a radioactive reputation around the State. For someone who said he was the top call center in the area, one wonders why he was snubbed.

Political action committee Recharge Ohio aims to get Ohio's economy back on
track

COLUMBUS, OHIO - Former Ohio Congressman and Recharge Ohio Honorary Chairman
John R. Kasich today announced the statewide leadership team of Recharge
Ohio, a grassroots statewide political action committee. Recharge Ohio was
formed last year as a means to energize and organize Ohioans who are worried
about the state's economy and its job loss.

Ohio is in trouble. 13.2% of Ohioans are living in poverty. Nearly 1 in 10
Ohioans now receives food stamps. Ohio's cities are dying, and young people
are leaving. Ohio is ranked 48th in per-capita personal income growth, 50th
in business start-ups, and has the 7th highest state and local tax burden in
the U.S.

"Ohio's economy is in a death spiral," said Kasich. "It is alarming that
more than 111,000 jobs have left Ohio in the last two years, yet our state's
leadership refuses to make the bold changes we need to become competitive
again."

"As I travel across the state and speak to the people of Ohio, there is a
clear desire for solutions and leadership, and not one-time fixes with
federal bailout money for our state's economy," said Kasich. "The Recharge
Ohio Leadership Team will be working to engage these citizens to make their
voices heard - only a path to a pro-job growth environment for our state
will be acceptable."

"The Recharge Ohio Statewide Leadership Team will continue to grow as new
leaders in all 88 counties join this movement to help put the spark back in
Ohio's economy," said Jeff Polesovsky, Director of Recharge Ohio. "Concerned
Ohioans can take action by signing up at www.RechargeOhio.com."

As Chairman of the U.S. House Budget Committee, John Kasich was the chief
architect of the plan that balanced the federal budget for the first time
since man first walked on the moon. Kasich was elected to the U.S. House of
Representatives as the only challenger to defeat a Democrat incumbent in
1982. Kasich had previously defeated a Democrat incumbent in the Ohio Senate
where he first made his mark as a government reformer. A two time New York
Times' bestselling author, Kasich is currently a commentator on the Fox News
Channel. He makes his home in Westerville, Ohio with his wife, Karen, and
twin daughters, Emma and Reese.
