Less than a day after being stabbed and having surgery, Troy posts to Swampbubbles. Now that is devotion.
Glad to see you are getting back into the swing of things.
Moron is applicable here.
1)Neff is the first to get out of his car.
2) He throws his watch into the grass. (This would indicate to any 'reasonable' person that a fight is imminent.)
3) Hardeman feels threatened and grabs something to defend himself.
Had I have been the primary Officer, Neff would have been wearing bracelets too! Local PD NEEDS to re-look this one!
Neff: You're a dumb ass. Get some anger management courses, grow up, and learn to 'pick your fights'. Someone calling you names is certainly not worth a little bloodshed.
Now, after listening to his interview, he alluded to having quite a bit of blood loss. When you have a fair amount of blood volume lost, your body doesn’t like it and takes ‘recovery’ actions, such as going into shock.
Knowing this, most respectable doctors will admit the patient for overnight rest and observation, yet Neff was treated and released.
Either (1) the doctors/nurses at the hospital were negligent in releasing Neff (unless he left and signed AMA) or (2) there wasn’t the blood loss that Neff alludes to.
I wonder.
I don't think Troy would be in any position to judge the amount of blood loss and subsequent effects, since Troy (presumably) has very little experience in that area. It's much more likely that the medical staff would have asked a lot of questions about how Troy felt, then told him they would like to keep him overnight for observation. At that point I'd have walked out - all the staff is trying to do is protect themselves against a lawsuit.
