It's true as far as Columbus.
The Columbus program appears to be very successful with scheduling needing to be done in advance and a cost of $1,000 per visit.
Toledo's was different and I know it was stated they were going to re-start the outreach programs right away when Lori Hauser was on Conklin & Company on the 17th.

It's true as far as Toledo goes as well. Last week my wife scheduled an extreme science day for her entire school with the Cosi Toledo outreach program.
And if you're comparing programs between the two locations - Toledo offers several variations beyond just the all school event. You can choose from single classroom programs up to all school events like a family science night.
