Top war crimes suspect arrested

"Bosnia's Serb wartime president, Radovan Karadzic, one of the world's most wanted war criminals for his part in the massacre of more than 8,000 Muslim men and boys in Srebrenica in 1995, has been arrested, Serbian President Boris Tadic's office said on Monday.

"This is a very important day for the victims who have waited for this arrest for over a decade," Brammertz said. "It is also an important day for international justice because it clearly demonstrates that nobody is beyond the reach of the law and that sooner or later all fugitives will be brought to justice."

Noooo! The top international war crimes criminals are still walking the streets in Washington, D.C. Until they are indicted, convicted, and sentenced, the top criminals are still scot free.

We could have nabbed guys like this back in the 1990s when witnesses and documentation were fairly fresh, but it didn't suit the nation-building standards of Clinton and the UN. Justice was left in the wrong hands, once again.

Here's a toast to another genocidal maniac, dancin' the hempen jig. Now only if Henry Kissinger could get the same treatment.

Who does WSPD have lined up for the 3-6 drivetime slot?
