Great Minds Think.............................................For Themselves

Sheep follow the leader. People should think for themselves. Take the facts as you know them and make up your own mind. Attend meetings so you can see for yourself what the politicians say and how they behave. For too long citizens have relied on what politicians say in front of a microphone or camera when we all know quite often they are covering something up.
For instance, did you know the city set the parameters for how the new business plan for the ESM should be written? Shouldn't that be determined by the team writing the plan? Did you know the young man writing the plan did not have all the financials? That he wasn't told about a possible buy out clause? That he didn't know that the very plan he wrote with the city's parameters was the same plan that has failed?
Now that you know all that you can make up your own mind, you don't need the mayor to tell you how great things will be, or sobczak, brown, copeland etc etc.
Thinking for yourself, it's not just for breakfast anymore.

The issue is not what I think. It is getting those elected to come around to my way of thinking. Speaking or emailing them is worse than talking to a wall. Their unresponsive behavior leads me to believe. It does not matter what I think about any subject. Because they will do as they choose. No matter which part they are from. Especially in this Town. Where reelection is a given.

But Mr. LeSabre,
I still do not know where I should take my ladyfriend out to eat. I have "Carrabba's" in my mind, but I do not know why. Have I heard this word before? Is it a place where meat is cooked for four hours and is "fork ready"? Is it the place where, as in my dreams, I encounter a staff that is friendly and where you, yourself, have experienced not one but multiple evenings of gastro-sexual joy? Please tell me and others, via your radio show, if this Carrabba's is the place where free-thinkers must assemble to consume food. I'll be awaiting your instructions, right after weather, traffic, the Treece commercial, other assorted ads, and station promos.
Thank you,
Brian Wilson

Patience is a great virtue.

You can go to Carrabbas if you like. You'll enjoy the experience as I have although you won't get paid to talk about it like I do. That's the beauty of thinking for yourself donwert, you get to choose.
