2008 Mud Hens Fandemonium Tickets To Go On Sale

Mark the date on your calendar - Sunday, January 13, 2008 - and make your plans to be a part of this yearly event as the Mud Hens are pleased to present Mud Hens Fandemonium to help kick off the 2008 season of Tigers and Mud Hens baseball.

This year's event will be held at Fifth Third Field from 3:00-7:00 pm.

Tickets for Fandemonium will be available starting at 9:00 AM on Monday, December 3rd. Tickets, which are limited in supply, are priced at $20 for adults and $15 for children (ages 3-12) with a portion of the proceeds going to the "Helping Hens Charitable Fund" which benefits less fortunate children in the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan area.

**All tickets will also include a ballpark buffet on the suite level.

Fans can purchase tickets by phone at (419)725-HENS, online at www.mudhens.com, or at the Mud Hens offices at 406 Washington Street.

Activities scheduled for the 2008 Fandemonium event:

3:00 pm Doors open

*A ballpark buffet will be served on the suite level

*Take some cuts in the team batting cages

*Meet Muddy, Muddonna, Muddevious & Muddiva

*Take photos in the Mud Hens Clubhouse

*Bid on memorabilia at the silent auction or live auction (to benefit the "Helping Hens Charitable Fund")

*Audition to sing the National Anthem at a Mud Hens game

*Face Painting and Balloon Twisting for the kids

*Ballpark behind-the-scenes tours

6:00-7:00 pm All guests will be available for a Question & Answer session in the roost and fans will get a preview of the upcoming 2008 season in Detroit and Toledo.

*All activities are subject to change

-Player autographs will not be available at this year's event.

All Detroit Tigers players and special guests for the 2008 Fandemonium will be announced at a later date.

on my birthday. Screw 5th 3rd field. Man, I am so tired of seeing the local tv stations go ga-ga over this every year. The only good thing about it is it means spring isn't too far off.

Or.....they feel that it's good family entertainment for those who can afford it, therefore, advertising it for those who it applies to??? I don't know, I guess that seems somewhat logical.
