I'm just posting this out of curiosity more than anything else, to see the response.

Paranoia and mild hallucinations? So basically, they just confirm what every other first-time-smoker knew after 10 minutes?

I saw this the other day and thought it was interesting:

?? Did you have a point or you were just a rebel looking for a cause? Obviously he meant to infer that you smoke dope - y'think?? Not sure where he got that idea - but in this city it's a valid question.

I thought the story was comical. It brought to mind the many, many men in their 40's living in their parents basements in Toledo.

This is not a phenomenon that is taking place in too many other cities y'know.

In every OTHER city I've lived in when you show a house to a prospective buyer you don't have to introduce your middle aged son when you get to the basement.

If you're here to tell me it's my fault - you're right. I meant to do it. It was alot of fun. That's why I have this happy smile on my face.

Dark - you posted

Your sentence doesn't parse, Dark. "Dope do you smoke a week, Shane?" Are you calling me a "dope?" And if so, am i smoking a week? A week of what?

Maybe the weed IS getting more potent, after all..."

And I posted:

I have to say some would be surprised who within this community, and it goes far far up in the food chain, indulges on the marajuana. I can say with personal experence when I did live back home that your jaw would drop if I were to type a name or two then deal with a lawsuit I don't need.

Quite a few of them wore badges on their shirtpockets.

It is too bad that communities just couldn't appreciate the revenue an ounce of krip would save on a trash fee and some flowers on an island on the Trail....

Slate.com called that "The Stupidest Drug Story of the Week"

http://www.slate.com/id/2165198/

put up a post that I can't get a grasp on. :-/
? Is everyone here tonight high? I'm straight (I think) other than my meds. *^D

BRING THE TROOPS HOME-NOW!
Why should one more drop of our soldiers blood be spilled on foreign soil? Why fight/die for 'freedom' anymore when our citizens are pissing it away at the voting booth?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

'I used to have compassion, but they taxed it and legislated it out of existence.'

but repeating it doesn't help me decipher it. LOL Let's just drop it.

I think it's funny, brian...

I think it's funny that you obviously disagree with the "Marijuana as Slippery Slope" thinking enough to endorse the legalization and taxation of the drug, and at the very same time, you claim that prohibition of public smoking is a slippery slope to prohibition of, basically, everything.

I suppose that they aren't truly in contradiction of each other, and I only say it because I generally think that "slippery slope" is bullshit in nearly every place it's used.

I'm guessing someone just finished 30 years of grant money with profound natiional media coverage!

Perhaps I will apply for some grant money to determine if fish get drunk faster from Gin or Vodka...wait a minute, that's already been done.

...you have to read the whole post, including the "blue link" introduction.

You'd think people were bright enough to understand that, but it's obvious some need guidance....

Besides, who needs a gateway drug when you have Swampbubbles to mess with your head? :)

dope do you smoke a week, Shane? LOL

no one can take a joke around this place. Ok, in that case...Pssst! Hey...a$$hole...look above to where my sentence STARTS next time. It's then continued below. Got it now? But I was only kidding with my initial statement.
