Wow - to call a family who's had a President, Congressional members and a governor a family of 'unspectacular public service

If you're here to tell me it's my fault - you're right. I meant to do it. It was alot of fun. That's why I have this happy smile on my face.

Taft was a grinning POS idiot RHINO ("Republican? HA! In Name Only!"), and the worst governor the state EVER had, regardless of party affiliation! His arrogance, policies, taxes, attack on small business and freedom, corruption, etc; have literally destroyed this state. No excuse for a newspaper could ever write anything vile enough on this scum, IMO. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!! His last day couldn't come soon enough for me and many other Ohioans.

"So....Do you want the blue pill...or the red one?"

'I used to have compassion, but they taxed it and legislated it out of existence.'

Anyone who doubts the validity of the Blade sticking a microscope up Taft's ass should go read their interview with him about the early stage of the Tom Noe coin-fund investigation. Taft showed that Columbus was not embedded in a "culture of corruption" -- it was embedded in a mentality of acceptance instead. Taft so firmly believed that the coin fund was profitable and auditable that he stonewalled completely on the basis of partisan suspicion. The man is wholly unqualified to even hold office as a city dogcatcher. He well showed that he was unwilling to consider media accusations as having any merit as opposed to his twisted wordview that some Republican donor must automatically be doing everything right.

Fuck Taft. Too bad he's fucked Ohio even harder. If Strickland is even inclined to eradicate Ohio's political mentality of acceptance, he's got a terrible job ahead of him.

I just take offense at his whole family and their history being slammed by the Blade in that article just because they thought they saw the glimmering of an opening to do so.

I also dislike the repeated, blatant presumptions by the Toledo Blade, that with this type of false social relational inference - they will be able to present an assumption about a person or a group of people and we are all just stupid enough to take on their logic as our own.

Every family throws off something like Taft every few generations. It doesn't negate the value or history that came before.

If you're here to tell me it's my fault - you're right. I meant to do it. It was alot of fun. That's why I have this happy smile on my face.

Good riddance to yet another RHINO.

Hey Bob, don't let the doorknob. . .

Hooda Thunkit

The Toledo Blade is up to its old tricks again by slamming an individual who happens to be Taft this time. The Blade has low standards and they keep editorializing towards the sewer on a daily basis. No wonder they have been in the red for at least 10 years. Personally I hope they have to sell the paper and maybe the Blocks will leave town.
